Red Carpet Inn - Stamford

I checked into a room that had a strong smoke smell despite my reservation indicating non-smoking. The front desk staff was unhelpful and even yelled at me about my concerns. I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism and the poor condition of the room.

The bar and cafe above on the 2nd floor, the owner was great, and I like the fun atmosphere.

The girls cleaning the rooms were awesome, helpful and polite.

Exceptionally friendly hotel, amicable staff, cozy room, clean bathroom. Favourable and comfortable location for Stamford, adjacent to the night life & bar strip-quick uber away to the city.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the king room was spacious with reliable Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed, making it perfect for a short layover before my flight from Westchester County Airport.

Freeway close to the hotel was really handy. Loved our rooms with 3 queen beds.

Nice clean room with reliable Wi-Fi. Staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. Location close to shops and restaurants is a plus.

This was seedy and really dirty as a hotel although the room was clean. I would not go back or recommend the hotel. \They even tried to steal the hire car. Bad bad bad

It was a room, small, clean enough, excellent waffle breakfast. Very convenient location. No frills, no luxuries,but I did not expect a lot at the rate I was paying and was not disappointed.

Small room, but commensurate with the rate. This was the lowest price motel in the area.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The room was comfortable, but I struggled with noise from nearby music late into the night was great. It's worth mentioning, though, that the location is convenient with various dining options nearby. Be prepared to ask for assistance if needed.

The room I stayed in wasnice and neat, with reliable Wi-Fi, made it easy to attend to work tasks. The hot water and pressure were excellent, ensuring a refreshing shower after a long day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful in addressing my needs .

Some areas of the hotel could use maintenance.

Did not have a good feeling about the safety of the facility/location or the caliber of the clientile.

The room was clean and well kept. I appreciated the ample trash cans outside. The hot water and pressure were great. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants.

The staff was efficient and responsive to request for a 3:30am wake-up call.

The front desk person was surprisingly gruff but efficient. At check out time, a different front desk person was more amiable and just as efficient.
